Facilitation, Workshops & Development Modules

  • For MedMera Bank in Stockholm, I designed a 90-minute workshop on a mental fitness and how to deal with disruptions and uncertainty.

  • For Yellow Capital, an intentional blockchain company, I designed a coaching program to support their employees based in Kiev, Ukraine, during the war times. Our focus was on emotional self-regulation, purpose, focus and energy .

  • I have delivered tailor-made coaching programs for senior professionals and C-level at companies Mindfuel, Veo, and Lendo to support sustainable performance, clarity and professional growth.

Hi, I’m Natalya Tarasova.

I’m a former IT & management consultant and engineer with international working experience all over the world from Silicon Valley to Japan. In 2021 I left my successful career in the tech world to work on what I truly love - coaching.

As a coach, I’ve worked with a broad range of professionals in tech, marketing, and sales — from junior specialists to C-level executives. I support clients in clarifying their motivation and purpose at work, identifying their unique strengths, and navigating their careers with confidence and authenticity. Through my coaching, clients build essential self-leadership skills such as self-regulation, higher awareness, authentic communication and a more positive and productive mindset.
