From the previous lunches emerged a theme that was important to many of you. It is visibility, to make your value not only speak for itself (it already does), but convey it to stakeholders, partners, co-workers. You do so much valuable work, but it is often on the planes that are intangible, or it feels like bragging. So let’s make intangible tangible in your own authentic way.

Format:

• Arrival & mingle (12:00–12:10)

• Guided connection round (12:10–12:20)

• Shared 2-course or 3-course lunch & open conversation (12:30–13:00)

• Gentle close & optional coffee hangout (13:00–13:15)

About this community:
Authentic Female Leaders Lunch is a space for women who lead, build, create, and carry responsibility and who also want real conversations beyond roles, titles, and polished LinkedIn versions.

Here, networking meets self-leadership, depth and authenticity.

We gather to:

• Have meaningful conversations instead of surface-level small talk
