A reflective mountain gathering for those standing at a threshold between seasons, projects, identities or life chapters.
We will walk, pause, reflect and share a meal together. The invitation is to slow down enough to hear your own inner direction.

13:15 – 16:00 Hike
16:10 – 17:00 Yoga / embodied practice
17:00 – 17:15 Reflection
17:30 – 19:45 Dinner and conversations
If you take a train back home you will make it for the departure at 20:02 o’clock.
Who this experience is for
Hike, Yoga & Dine is created for thoughtful professionals and leaders who enjoy nature, meaningful reflection and genuine connection.
You may work in technology, data and AI, research, finance, consulting or another knowledge-intensive field. Much of your everyday life may be spent thinking, deciding, delivering and carrying responsibility. This experience offers a chance to step out of that pace, reconnect with yourself and meet other inspiring women beyond titles and traditional networking.
